Gai Ga-Prow Chicken Basil
Ingredients:
- 1 Jalapeno (More if you want it spicy or three hot chillis
- 4 cloves of
- 1/2 Red Bell Pepper
- 1 tbsp. fish sauce
- 1 tbsp. oyster sauce or soy sauce (optional)
- 2 tbsp. cooking oil
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 cupes of ground chicken
- 1 tspn of sugar
- 5 tbsn of water or chicken stock
Preparation:
- Mince the garlic
- Slice the Jalapeno or hot chillis
- Heat the oil in a pan. When it is hot, add garlic and chillies and stir-fry until garlic turns golden brown, then add meat and continue stirring. (Use medium heat)
- When the chicken is cooked, add oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and water. Add basil and bell and stir until mixed in with the chicken.
